2. Intellectual property
- Ownership of designs: All designs, models, digital files, and products in our catalog are the exclusive intellectual property of Timprints or its licensors and are protected by copyright law.
- No commercial use: By purchasing a product, you are acquiring the physical item for personal, non-commercial use only. You are not acquiring the rights to the digital model. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the designs for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
- Indemnification for infringement: You agree to not create or sell derivative works based on our designs. You agree to indemnify and hold Timprints harmless from any claim or demand arising from your infringement of our intellectual property.
3. Products, pricing, and orders
- Product accuracy: We strive to ensure product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, due to the nature of 3D printing and material variations, slight differences in color, finish, texture, and size may occur.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and will notify you if a price has been updated before processing your order.
- Order acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Final sale: Once placed, an order is final and non-cancellable, as products are printed on demand.
4. Shipping, delivery, and inspection
- Shipping costs and estimates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may be estimates. You are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss: Risk of loss for the products transfers to you upon delivery to the common carrier.
- Inspection: You must inspect the items upon delivery.
